Occupational Health Advisor – Plymouth (Hybrid Working Available)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Thu 7:30–4:00, Fri 7:30–2:45)
Location: Devonport, Plymouth – hybrid working can be considered
Salary: £42,000 - £46,000 + benefits

We’re working with a valued client who’s looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their team based in Devonport, Plymouth.

The role involves providing case management, health surveillance, and fitness-for-work assessments, supporting employee health and wellbeing across a busy and varied workplace.

What we’re looking for:

  • Registered Nurse (Part 1 NMC) with a Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health

  • Solid experience in case management and health surveillance

  • Confident communication and IT skills

  • A flexible, self-motivated approach and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
